Article 13 of the Master Agreement requires the District to do the following:
1. Post a notice on all bulletin boards 10 days prior to the closing;
2. Provide a copy to the appropriate steward at the time of posting.
Local 2401 made several attempts to have CFSA comply with this provision, however, the agency did not do so; therefore, a grievance was filed.
